Dan Miller – Tonal Finishing and Organ Design
Dan is the Product Manager at Rodgers Instruments but just
cannot stop after a long day at the office. He eagerly offers his design
ideas as we evaluate our clients needs and as our organs are installed,
Dan takes a personal interest in making sure the tonal finishing is the
very finest possible in their new acoustic setting.
Dan’s resume fills pages from his degrees from Moody Bible Institute
to playing assignments at Choral Ridge Presbyterian with Diane Bish, to Calvary
Church in Charlotte, NC where they installed the largest Moeller Pipe Organ
in the United States. He has dozens of recordings and is a sought after concert
organist and clinician. Dan holds a Church Music Diploma from Moody Bible Institute.
He majored in organ performance at the American Conservatory of Music, holds
a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Florida Atlantic University, and a Master
of Music degree in Organ Performance from Winthrop University.
Dan and his wife Sandy live in Hillsboro, OR and have 2 daughters.
